Online Registration Suggestions

 

  • Register early as we often book up fast.

  • You are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the online registration.  The link above will take you through our online registration process.

  • Payment is by credit card; all major credit cards are accepted.

  • If online registration is not an option for you, use the "CLICK HERE for mail-in form" to print out a registration form. You can print the form, fill it out and mail it with your payment to the address on the bottom of the form.

  • PLEASE NOTE: AS OF MAY 7, 2025 ONLY DOUBLE ROOMS ARE AVAIALBE!

  • Full and prompt payment will ensure your retreat attendance.  Be assured we want to see you there.

  • Questions or problems should be directed to your Captain.  If you are unsure of who your captain is, email Terry O'Bar at tcoxyz@msn.com and you will be directed to the appropriate person

Tips to Make Your Retreat More Enjoyable and Successful

 

  • The last weekend in July is usually quite warm so dress appropriately.  No dress code is enforced.  We suggest casual/nice and shorts are fine.  Check the weather before your arrival.

  • All bedding and towels are provided.  You should consider bringing: Toiletries, Notebook and Pen, Big Book and Twelve and Twelve, your camera, but, no pictures at meetings or conferences and no pictures of other retreat men without their permission. Maybe some pocket money for miscellaneous needs.

  • We will attempt to accomodate special diet requirements with adequate prior notice.

  • Ample parking is available.  Please note the signs and when in doubt... ask.

  • Relax, listen, watch and enjoy.

 

Scholarship Fund

  • Remember our Scholarship Fund listed on the Registration Form.

  • As you may well know, many men come to our fellowship not in good financial health and they need our help.  Even in sobriety some of us can fall on hard times and need a hand-up as well.
